The final result is a contemporary refined decor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Francesco Paszkowski Design worked in close collaboration with the 50m Heesen Owner to create an aesthetics that answered the brief: a yacht that reflected a contemporary uniform style throughout, and yet enriched with remarkable features in keeping with the latest design trends taken from residential architecture. The whole interior design was realised by Francesco Paszkowski Design in cooperation with Margherita Casprini. The design team focused on key areas of the interior where materials take centre stage:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>An accurate research of materials and their combination&nbsp;<\/li><li>Custom-made finishing of materials<\/li><li>A choice of contemporary furniture<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>On the main deck, the living area is accessed through a welcoming space which continues the elegant theme throughout the yacht. The traditional layout pairs a relaxing yet sociable area with a dining room that is masterfully separated off with the use of furniture, to create two distinct spaces without completely dividing them. The Owner suite is located forward and accessed via the Owner\u2019s office lobby on the starboard side. The galley is positioned on the port side and is accessed from the dining area. The lower deck is devoted to guests, with a VIP and four guest suites; two double and two twins.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The upper deck features a large social space which focuses on curved shapes. It is a highly welcoming area with round-shaped sofas, armchairs and coffee tables positioned in the middle. The ceiling and floor shape, marked by a steel frame, and the curved panels around the sofas increase the cosy atmosphere in the sky lounge. A bar counter is subtlely hidden with the use of wood panels on the port side. The decor is based on just a few materials whose special bespoke finishings were produced in-house by Heesen: wood, marble, leather and steel. Wallpapers add a precious touch to the wall decor behind the bed heads in the staterooms and behind the TV screen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The wood selected for the floor \u2013 <strong>Oak flamed<\/strong> &#8211; &nbsp;features a custom bronze finish which doesn\u2019t disguise the wood veining, so the colour changes according to the light. The second type of wood selected is light and specifically&nbsp; chosen to contrast with the dark floor. It features a unique metallic surface treatment again produced in-house by Heesen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Contrasting colours were also used for the two different kinds of marble selected for both the floor and walls in the bathrooms, <strong>Coffee Bean<\/strong> \u2013 brushed with a 3D effect &#8211; for the Owners\u2019 bathroom, and <strong>Creme Vendome<\/strong> for the VIP bathroom. Both feature different finishings to create a glossy, opaque or 3D-treatment look.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The leather used on the stairs that connect the deck and the lobby gives a softer touch when walking around barefoot, and contrasts with the steel handrail; statement glass was chosen for the basins in the VIP bathroom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Custom-made furniture is used to remakable effect in the living area under the side windows: the shutters feature smoothed edges and a recess on their upper end to allow for natural light. The glass top itself is surrounded by a steel dark grey frame and is placed over a metallic fabric. Sun rays from the recess highlight the weave fabric (non \u00e8 un classico vetro retroilluminato) resulting in a stunning detail. The decor of the day-toilet on the main deck largely differs from the decor chosen for the other bathroom as requested by the Owner. It features a unique style thanks to a mosaic made from stone and glass. A special metallic treatment on the surface makes the entire wall sparkle, as does the sunken glass basin creating an overall glittering finishing. Most of the furniture has been produced by Made-in-Italy brands, such as Minotti which provided sofas, armchairs and the dinner table on the main deck, and Armani Casa which supplied some of the lamps.
